REFERRALS, FEES & PRESCRIPTIONS

Referrals & Prior Authorizations
Many managed care plans require a written referral or prior authorization for visits to specialists, X-rays, lab procedures or other medical care outside our office. Our referral department can help you with the requirements of your plan. Please allow 10 working days for the completion of this process.

Prescriptions
Requests for prescriptions are handled only during regular office hours. If you need to obtain a prescription refill, please call your pharmacy and have them fax a refill request to us. They will contact our office for authorization. Please allow 72 hours to complete your refill.

Fees & Billing
Payment is required at the time of service.Patients on insurance plans are asked to paytheir co-payments, co-insurance or deductibles as well as any non-covered services at the time of their visit. Special arrangements may be made with our billing department when circumstances make it difficult to meet your financial responsibility at the time of your visit.
